I’ve kept your feelings intact but made it professional and impactful: Subject: Feedback on Appointment Miscommunication & Appreciation for Staff Assistance Good Day. I would like to highlight an incident that happened today regarding my sister’s appointment under Dr. Siva. My sister is a diabetic patient with a leg wound, and timely dressing is very important for her condition. Her appointment was originally scheduled after 12.00pm, but it was changed to the morning session without any notification to me or my sister. We did not receive any call or message from Nurse Fida regarding this change. Because of the lack of communication, we arrived after 2.00pm only to be told that the doctor was not available and to come again on Monday. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially considering my sister’s medical condition. However, I want to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Agila at the reception, who showed great kindness and professionalism. She immediately assisted us and called Staff Nurse Ms. Pathma, who attended to my sister and helped with the wound dressing. Their compassion and willingness to help truly made a difference, and I am very grateful to both of them. I hope the management can look into improving communication regarding appointment changes, so similar situations can be avoided in the future. At the same time, please extend my appreciation to Ms. Agila and Ms. Pathma for their excellent service. Thank you.

I recently visited the Radiology Department and was truly impressed by the exceptional care and professionalism provided by the team. Ms. Aqilah, Ms. Meela, Ms. Joveni, and Ms. Ain were all incredibly attentive and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their expertise and friendly demeanor put me at ease, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Additionally, the OPD staff at Dr. Siva's Clinic (especially Ida) and Dr. Arul's Clinic (particularly CA) were outstanding. They were organized, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to patient care really shines through, making my visit comfortable and pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and commitment to excellence! Highly recommended!
