I really not happy with the response that given by nurse Fida under Dr Siva...actually my sis appointment is after 12pm but the appointment was change to morning ...its not informed to me or my sister ..my sis is a diabetic patient..who hv wound in leg so I need to bring for dressing...so the nurse not update me about the appointment so after 2 pm.we came ..the nurse simply telling sorry dr not here come on monday...I ask why not informed me earlier and then she said we call but we didn't get any massage or call from nurse Fida...thanks god I saw one beautiful heart person at reception ms Agila who really help.us and call another staff nurse ms Pathma who really help to do the dressing...I really thank to both of them who really help us and take care my sister very nice ly ChatGPT said: Here is a polished, clear, and respectful complaint + appreciation message you can use to send to the clinic or hospital management. I’ve kept your feelings intact but made it professional and impactful: Subject: Feedback on Appointment Miscommunication & Appreciation for Staff Assistance Good Day. I would like to highlight an incident that happened today regarding my sister’s appointment under Dr. Siva. My sister is a diabetic patient with a leg wound, and timely dressing is very important for her condition. Her appointment was originally scheduled after 12.00pm, but it was changed to the morning session without any notification to me or my sister. We did not receive any call or message from Nurse Fida regarding this change. Because of the lack of communication, we arrived after 2.00pm only to be told that the doctor was not available and to come again on Monday. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially considering my sister’s medical condition. However, I want to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Agila at the reception, who showed great kindness and professionalism. She immediately assisted us and called Staff Nurse Ms. Pathma, who attended to my sister and helped with the wound dressing. Their compassion and willingness to help truly made a difference, and I am very grateful to both of them. I hope the management can look into improving communication regarding appointment changes, so similar situations can be avoided in the future. At the same time, please extend my appreciation to Ms. Agila and Ms. Pathma for their excellent service. Thank you.
