A good team at Wellness Center, managed by the Wellness Center Manager-Yvonne (goes the extra mile to think out of the box to help clients) and train the team to be more Customer focused. Dr Khaw Hun Wei is a great doctor.. Knowledgeable, kind and outstanding in her service. Certain Counter staff needs to improve on their service attitude. Doctor that I selected for Screening who went on leave was not informed to me prior to appointment day or even on the day itself. Certain counter staff should be held responsible for this fiasco
