This is my first time admitted here..The room, doctors, nurse, food is all very good. The menu here is the best so far. I've been having respiratory issue for more than a year & did not find any solution, but when i met Dr Fauzi here, he solve my issue very² quick. He is very professional. At the same time, i found out that im having ENT issue and will undergo a surgery with Dr Hashima. She is also very good. Hoping my surgery tomorrow will go smooth. So far i am satisfied with all the service here. *New update: Done my surgery with Dr Hashima. Thank god the surgery is smooth & success. Post surgery care, i think the nurse need more training regarding the medication. There is nurse who aware & inform me regarding which medication need to take before meal or after meal, and there is also nurse who did not aware and give me all the medication after meal time. So when i remind that certain nurse, they just said "owh sorry, then please take it after half an hour after meal" another nurse advice me to take 2hours after meal time. So im a bit confius. Also, i have remind that one of my medication have finish. But the nurse did not order it, so when it is time for me to take the medication, i need to wait hours for the medication to arrive. So please just improve this part. The other part is all very good. The nurse is so kind to help me in anything.

I have been visiting Prince Court for more than 2 years now. What can I say? Major disappointment with otolaryngologists: Dr. Anuar Michelle and Dr. Nur Hashima Abdul Rashid, both doctors misdiagnosed and over medicated me. In fact, every visit cost me 500-700 RM and they did not suggest to run any diagnostics to figure out with my condition, diagnosing was based on assumptions. Dr. Anuar diagnosed me with rare and serious condition based ONLY on an audiology test. I raised my concerns that the medication didn’t help and I didn’t think it was according to the diagnose. She did not suggest proper tests to figure out further. Luckily, I got a CT scan done in my home country and I simply have chronic sinusitis that was there more than half a year giving complications into my ears and vestibular apparatus. None of the doctors suggested a CT scan to exclude this diagnose!

Top-Notch Care from Excellent Doctors at Prince Court Medical Centre I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by several outstanding doctors at Prince Court Medical Centre, and I can confidently say that the care I received has been exceptional. Dr. Nurhashima (ENT), Dr. Lim Sze Wei (Orthopedic), and Dr. Ahmad Najib (Gastroenterology and Hepatology) each provided excellent medical care and a level of professionalism that made me feel fully supported throughout my treatments. Dr. Nurhashima was incredibly thorough during my ENT treatments, explaining everything in detail and making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Lim Sze Wei’s expertise in orthopedics was evident in the care I received, and his friendly demeanor made a real difference. Most recently, Dr. Ahmad Najib has been treating me for a liver condition, and his professionalism, compassion, and ability to communicate clearly has been reassuring every step of the way. Prince Court Medical Centre’s staff and facilities match the high level of care I received from the doctors. The environment is modern, clean, and efficient, and the nurses and support staff were always friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Prince Court Medical Centre for anyone seeking quality healthcare from dedicated professionals.
