This is the WORST private hospital I have ever been. First of all, I would like to thank my primary doctor, DOCTOR WAN. She is a doctor who takes care of her patients very much and shares a lot of medical knowledge and proper health care with patients. When it came to the part that I wanted to complain the most, I was admitted to the hospital due to medical allergy and I had a sudden fever the next day. Unfortunately, I was forced to ward 5 for isolation while waiting for my second COVID test results. Due to pandemic, as long as if you have a fever, you will be sent to the isolation ward. Therefore, the nurses who come into the ward must be cover with full isolation gown, N95, face shield etc to visit you. This is how it happened, I was told by a nurse that if you want to ask nurses to enter the room, you will need to pay an additional 95 ringgit which is not cover by insurance. Unless the nurses come in herself, you won’t be charged. I accept, so I didn’t call any of them to enter my room if I can settle my own. But on the day I was discharged from the hospital, I was charged an exaggerated amount that I never use. When I asked them to list out the charges/things that I used, they told me that I had to PAY for all those nurses isolation gown, for every single time they entry!!! ( and it’s completely different version!!!) NOW I NEED TO PAY FOR ALL THEIR ISOLATION GOWN FOR EVERY TIME THEY ENTER MY WARD!!! EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT CALL!😡😡 LAST, the discharge procedure was too SLOW! The discharge procedure made me wait for 8 hours! I thought I was in a government hospital! It’s too a low to do anything, it’s SHAME to call a private hospital!! My insurance agent also BEHTAHAN! and it’s also take 8 hrs to change from isolation ward to a normal ward!! When they nurses transfer me it was already 2am in the midnight!!I can feel that they are delaying my time! I can’t have a good rest in this hospital! Thomson hospital has too many hidden costs that didn’t list down to their patience! All these unexplained expenses ended up you have to paid for huge amount and it’s not cover by your insurance!! All the covid test, equipment all the nurses isolation gown all the n95 face shield they wear, hehe it’s all under you! YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM! If you give a deposit of 500, congratulations, you will NEVER get it back! WORST AND TERRIBLE!!! I will never visit this hospital again.

Admitted due to Denggi and also complications from my liver. Thanks to the extensive care provided by the hospital staff, and especially the accurate diagnosis from Dr Wan and CA Ms Thiru, I'm making excellent progress with my recovery.

Very good service by Dr Wan yang sangat prihatin❤️.. Nurses are very friendly and helpful especially Ms Haza from Ward 7A and Ms Thiru from clinic DR Wan.. thank you so much ☺️

Dr wan himratul clinics very bad management. Request for medical reports but the waiting game is too long. Been waiting 2 months and still havent do my report. Unlike any other private hospital that very fast in response . Good luck insurance agents.
