They took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained the diagnosis in a way that was very easy to understand. I never felt rushed during the appoinments. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such high-level expertise with a genuine & caring bedside manner. My son recently underwent an tonsil surgery. And i couldn’t be happier with the results. Ward 3A21's nursing service was excellent, and Dr. Ng was also excellent, as was Dr. Arif.

It’s my third time being warded at this hospital, but this time felt different—in the best way. I finally received the right treatment from the right doctors. Dr. Khairullah (ENT) treated my sinusitis with care and made sure all my concerns were answered. Dr. Joyce Pauline (Neuro) was so warm and truly listened to my symptoms—her kindness meant a lot. Dr. Arif (Anesthesiologist) helped calm my nerves and stayed kind before, during, and after the procedure. The nurses and health assistants in Ward 2 were also really sweet and attentive. Grateful for the care I received this time around. For improvement, I hope the hospital can increase the availability of single rooms. When single beds aren’t available, patients are placed in shared rooms—and sometimes it’s difficult to rest properly when other patients are loud or not considerate.
