Alhamdulillah, I am very satisfied with the service and care at KPJ BDO. I just had an elective Cesarean section with Dr. Nor Idayu. Dr. Nor Idayu is very meticulous, friendly, and sporting. The ward was also very comfortable, with a TV, sofa bed, private toilet, and room amenities. My husband could accompany me 24 hours a day. The food was also delicious, and I could choose my own menu like in a hotel or restaurant. The nurses were all kind, and both the baby and I were very well taken care of there. The baby nursery managed everything, allowing me to get enough rest. For anyone who wishes to give birth in a private clinic, or is currently surveying private clinics for childbirth, I highly recommend KPJ BDO. I give it 10 stars. Hehe.

Alhamdulillah, delivery was via C-section with Dr. Idayu. The nurses were all helpful, friendly, and kind from A to Z... Highly recommended.

And same goes Dr Won Kang Lin, very professional she had done a great anaesthetic procedures towards me without any pain and she comfort me during labor time, so thankful to her. Delivered my 2nd baby here by el-caesarean. Dr. Idayu was so helpful, friendly and explain the details very clear since check up until operation. Just a bit disappointed with a nurse who attended me to draw blood before the operation, harsh and rude. The recepsionist also slow while there was not so many people. But the operation was good. Really love how Dr. Wong as anaesthesiologyst calmed me down during the operation, very soft spoken and gentle. The hospital room was big and comfortable (single deluxe room). Overall i love my delivery experience at this hospital. Keep the good work and hopefully they will do some improvement on the services.

The care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. The care started from the first step i walk in to check my pregnancy at KPJ Dato Onn until the day that i delivered. Due to this is my 1st pregnancy I'm a bit terrified as i have no experience in delivering a baby plus my husband is working out of town, doctor Idayu Bt Kamarudin and doctor Nityah put forth a high level of effort to deliver results not only in psychical but also on the emotional level. The explanation and direction they gave help support me in time of need. The support staff was also very professional and pleasant as they cover all my need with extra care and smile without complain. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. For the Muslim mom this is a very suitable place to deliver due to how their most importance part is a patient privacy. The electronic prescription process worked great to. Recognizing it may not be my last pregnancy moment, i urge everyone especially the new mom to be to experience the wonderful care of this excitement starting from checkup of the baby straight to delivering with this KPJ bandar Dato' Onn specialist hospital .
