Alhamdulillah, delivery was via C-section with Dr. Idayu. The nurses were all helpful, friendly, and kind from A to Z... Highly recommended.

And same goes Dr Won Kang Lin, very professional she had done a great anaesthetic procedures towards me without any pain and she comfort me during labor time, so thankful to her. Delivered my 2nd baby here by el-caesarean. Dr. Idayu was so helpful, friendly and explain the details very clear since check up until operation. Just a bit disappointed with a nurse who attended me to draw blood before the operation, harsh and rude. The recepsionist also slow while there was not so many people. But the operation was good. Really love how Dr. Wong as anaesthesiologyst calmed me down during the operation, very soft spoken and gentle. The hospital room was big and comfortable (single deluxe room). Overall i love my delivery experience at this hospital. Keep the good work and hopefully they will do some improvement on the services.

The care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. The care started from the first step i walk in to check my pregnancy at KPJ Dato Onn until the day that i delivered. Due to this is my 1st pregnancy I'm a bit terrified as i have no experience in delivering a baby plus my husband is working out of town, doctor Idayu Bt Kamarudin and doctor Nityah put forth a high level of effort to deliver results not only in psychical but also on the emotional level. The explanation and direction they gave help support me in time of need. The support staff was also very professional and pleasant as they cover all my need with extra care and smile without complain. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. For the Muslim mom this is a very suitable place to deliver due to how their most importance part is a patient privacy. The electronic prescription process worked great to. Recognizing it may not be my last pregnancy moment, i urge everyone especially the new mom to be to experience the wonderful care of this excitement starting from checkup of the baby straight to delivering with this KPJ bandar Dato' Onn specialist hospital . Delivery Experience- Dr Nor Idayu Salam, on 10/08/24 I was admitted in KPJ Dato Onn for our first baby delivery. I follow up with Dr Nor Idayu since my early stage of pregnancy. The service provided by the staff & Dr Nor Idayu was very excellent! Dr Nor Idayu also was very supportive during my delivery with normal pregnancy. She and the labor room midwives & nurses (Kak Nenny & Kak Amy) were very supportive and very kind. They manage to make me calm during contraction & ensure succesfull birthing experience. I want to recommend to all the pregnant ladies follow up with Dr Nor Idayu and planned to delivery in KPJ Dato Onn. In addition, the room and services provided by KPJ Dato Onn was very clean and spacious. Overall conclusion, the hospitality given was excellent compare to others KPJ Hospital in Johor Bahru. Finally, alhamdulilah everything went well & going smoothly.
