I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding an incident that occurred during an emergency visit with my son at your facility around 3:30 a.m. When we arrived, my son was clearly unwell and needed immediate medical attention. However, instead of assessing his condition, the attending doctor, Dr. Ann (Male), asked the first question: “Do you have a medical card? If yes, just admit la.” There was no initial medical examination, no inquiry about my son’s symptoms only a dismissive attitude centered on financial coverage. This is unacceptable behavior, especially in an emergency situation. As a parent bringing in a sick child at such an hour, I expected professionalism, empathy, and urgent care not a careless attitude and a question about money before any medical concern. It makes me question the training, values, and competence of a doctor who prioritizes financial status over a child’s wellbeing. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and worried about the quality of care provided at your facility. I hope this matter will be looked into seriously, and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure no other patient or parent has to go through a similar experience.

Dr Param has given the best treatment to my daughter for her influenza infection in a short time.My daughter health has improved tremendously relieving frm cough and fever.Thank you dr for yr service.Thank you to all the attending nurses on that day for carrying out their best and on time in giving medicine and nebuliser for my daughter.The food served was delicious especially the staff Cik Yati (pantry)was very friendly and helpful in carrying her duty towards my daughter.
