We were under the care of Dr Lim Kok Chong and the nurse team in Jan 2026. The hospital bed was fully occupied hence we waited since morning to evening for discharge of earlier patient in order to be admitted. The admission counter and nurse station (A) was very friendly and provided comfort and explanation when we had to send our baby to emergency due to difficulty in breathing. The nurses in the ward were very friendly and professional in handling baby. They educate parents to perform nasal wash. Amongst the staffs, wish to shoutout to Nurse Magdalene and Senior Nurse Puan Nurfazidah, their comfort words and care for the baby has provided instant relief to both parents and baby. As baby has been purging, housekeeping team were efficient and friendly when adhoc requests arises. Nurses diligently change sheets daily. Discharge is fast and seamless at 12pm. Side note: Food in the cafe or room service is affordable and great for a hospital level. The room has wide windows which provided good lighting throughout our stay.
