Dr. Mohamed Najib Bin Mohamed Unni is a Consultant Paediatrician, and Paediatric Haematologist & Oncologist at Sunway Medical Centre. He specializes in pediatric stem cell transplants for malignancies, bone marrow failure syndromes, primary immunodeficiency (PID), and Thalassemia. Dr. Najib received his medical degree (M.D.) from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Master's in Medicine (Paediatrics) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He further honed his expertise with a Fellowship in Paediatric Stem Cell Transplantation at the Great North Children's Hospital in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. He is known for his focus on procedures such as stem cell collection via peripheral bleed and bone marrow, and was awarded the Ministry of Health Excellent Service Award in both 2012 and 2015. He speaks both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
