We did health screening and assisted by wonderful nurses Jainah & Wan Qi, they always give good positive vibes, always calm and willing to help. Dr Johan very good doctor. The lady who welcomes you at reception is always smiling, makes you feel like you are entering a 5-star hotel. Hospital decoration during Christmas is very beautiful.

A new hospital with excellent service. On the first day, November 13, 2023, I was greeted with a dedicated smile from the guest relations officer. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Johan and Dr. Faiz, who were assigned to my care. Thank you to the friendly Staff Nurses on the first day: Dayang Nur Ain, Aisya, Nur Alia Idayu, and another Indian Staff Nurse who took my weight (apologies, I forgot her name). Assisted by other Staff Nurses: Camelia, Nur Hamizah, Aimiey Auniey, Eacqaruzilla (apologies if misspelled, difficult to pronounce), the staff nurse with glasses in a dark blue uniform who removed my needle, and several other staff members whose names I unfortunately cannot recall. Thank you for taking care of me and for the very prompt response when the call button was pressed. Customer service staff, Sandra, was also very kind; my visitors mentioned the same thing. Congratulations on your service. The F&B staff were also excellent, Fatin and another person whose name I forgot. Not to forget the friendly cleaning staff. The two male finance staff were very friendly and polite; please forgive me for forgetting their names. You are all 10 Stars!!! From the moment of admission, the reception staff exhibited warmth and efficiency, ensuring a smooth process. The hospital's pristine environment further enhanced the sense of comfort and confidence. My sincere appreciation goes to my attending Internal Medicine Physician, Dr. Mohd Johan, and also Dr. Thiagu, Radiologist for their exemplary care and steadfast dedication. Their expertise significantly contributed to my recovery journey. I also wish to extend my gratitude to Dr. Rohini and the Emergency Department team for their prompt and compassionate response during my initial admission. The support staffs as well as nurses and medical assistants played an integral role in ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. Their professionalism and kindness were truly commendable.
