Eswary (Datuk Dr Joseph Ong’s nurse, room 16) went over and above in making my visit extra smooth. Her service was top notch, she was incredibly helpful in letting me know about waiting times, was very efficient and had a calm personality. I appreciate such friendly staff given workloads can be very heavy at a hospital. Datuk Dr Joseph Ong was extremely helpful, and is a seasoned and experienced doctor. It was a great experience, as he quickly calmed all nerves and fully explained any further actions and mitigations. Excellent service from Datuk Dr Ong and Eswary!

I have been with Dr Chong Chee Seang for many years,and now I just come back from US for follow up with Dr Chong and Datuk Ong.sincerly with heartfelt words to say his nurse Erma is such intelligent girl who not only a know her work,she is sweet,caring a true workerholic a person and the finest worker I have ever since.Both Dr Chong and Erma is beyond description of professionalism.
