Went to KPJ Penang for an MRI and had a very positive experience. The staff treated me kindly and professionally, even though there were some issues with my insurance company. The doctor on duty, Dr. Lim Ming Yong, was excellent. He explained everything in detail, patiently attended to all of my questions, and made sure I clearly understood my condition. He also took the time to advise me on further treatment options and future assessments, which really helped me feel more confident and reassured about the next steps. I’d also like to compliment his staff, Miss Umi, who was very nice, professional, and supportive. She assisted me throughout the process and gave helpful advice when I faced problems with the insurance. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate the care, clarity, and professionalism shown by the team.
