Dr. Benny Ewe Boon Yeow is highly recommended, 10/10. I am from Medan, Indonesia, and experienced a fibula fracture and ankle dislocation. Before and after the surgery, Dr. Benny explained everything in great detail and accuracy. Not a single thing was missed, including all doctor's letters such as for airport transit, insurance, my employer, and my future therapy. He was very detailed. I am very impressed, and he is also very friendly, patient, and meticulous. Thank you very much, Dr. Benny Ewe Boon Yeow.

REVIEW FOR NURSES My daily life in the hospital became more colorful because I was accompanied by these amazing nurses ================================ Nurse Saw Hooi Chin, the nurse on duty on the 8th floor. When I was transferred to the 8th floor, she was the one who guided me and explained the rules during my hospitalization. She explained everything in detail, clearly, and ensured that I truly understood At first, I thought she was a serious person, but I was wrong. She is actually full of kindness and compassion Moreover, she is very quick and efficient. When I was fasting and my stomach acid flared up, she promptly gave me an injection to relieve it. I truly appreciate Nurse Saw Hooi Chin’s dedication and hard work. I wish Nurse Saw Hooi Chin good health always ================================ Nurse Thaamil, Nurse Priya, and Nurse Sheerin. Three of them are very humorous, funny, and very kind. They have also carried out their duties well and perfectly. In addition to their good performance, I also feel that they are truly sincere in helping me ================================ Nurse HA Salina, Nurse SN Wahida, and Nurse SN Nitthiya. Before the surgery, they encouraged me so that I wouldn’t be afraid or worried Especially Nurse Wahida—I am very happy with her. She also motivated me to fast because I was not used to fasting. I feel like she is like a mother to me. The trait I admire most about Nurse Wahida is that she is very soft-spoken I wish these nurses good health and happiness always. For Nurse Wahida, I hope for a smooth delivery and that she is blessed with a healthy and sweet baby ================================ REVIEW FOR DR. BENNY EBY Dr. Benny truly saved me. I had an ankle injury and my ATFL ligament was torn. Dr. Benny helped stitch the ligament back together. The surgery was performed by inserting a camera into my ankle. Additionally, Dr. Benny only made two small incisions on my ankle After just one week, I was able to put my foot on the ground. Amazingly, I was able to return to intense sports activities after just four months. In my opinion, this is a fast recovery process, as I didn’t have to rest for up to a year Thank you, Dr. Benny. You are truly amazing. You also performed a neat and precise surgery ================================ REVIEW FOR ADMISSION STAFF Sorry, but I am truly disappointed with the admission staff. Their performance was far below my expectations. The staff worked slowly and dishonestly, especially regarding my surgery schedule There were actually several unpleasant incidents I experienced with this staff, but I will share just one I was admitted to the hospital using Allianz insurance. My insurance had already submitted all the required documents, and Dr. Benny had also provided the necessary paperwork. The only thing left was for the admission staff to APPROVE it. However, they failed to do their job efficiently, causing my surgery to be delayed. I had already been fasting, and because of the delay, my fasting time extended. As a result, I couldn't handle it, and my acid reflux worsened The staff even attempted to deceive my insurance agent. I came to Island Hospital with an Allianz insurance agent, but I did not disclose that they were my agent. The staff then provided misleading information, making it seem as if Allianz had never processed any documents at Island Hospital Why do I say the staff was dishonest? Because my insurance agent had confirmed that all the documents were complete, and I only needed approval from the admission staff. I even asked the 8th-floor nurse station to contact the admission staff to approve my documents. However, the admission staff lied to the nurse, claiming that my documents were already approved and that I needed to submit more paperwork. This caused another delay in my surgery. At that point, there was nothing more I could submit—the only thing left was for the admission staff to approve it. The admission staff make the process unnecessarily difficult for patients.
