If you have money just go to singapore guys. Service and management in this hospital is worst ever! Terrible and will give you hypertension. Ask us to take number to visit the doctor but in fact it’s useless. I came in at 5:30am no proper sleep i got number one for the doctor’s consultation but turns out it’s useless. The nurse will arrange the number for you. If you don’t use middleman/ AGENT you will wait for hours to see doctor eventhough you have first number. Nurse of dr yeoh joon kuan is very rude, no manner whatsoever. The doctor himself even ask us to change the doctor if we don’t want to be patient. Very impolite! We are customers and we are paying at least give us specific time when to come back so we don’t just sit there for hours!! Don’t go to dr yeoh joon kuan guys- no manner, very impolite, arrogant. Bad attitude!! He shouldn’t be a doctor with that kind of attitude.

This staff is very rude to patients. We know that today is public holiday (31/8/2024). If your attitude like that because of public holiday, THEN DON'T COME TO WORK This is the 4th time visiting this hospital. My father had symptoms that he felt unwell around his chest. We met 4 DOCTORS by from 27-31 aug 2024, because the 1st doctor found nothing and refers to the 2nd doctor and so on until we met 4 DOCTORS. Yet NONE OF THEM FOUND AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM. By the time we met the 4th doctor, she refered us AGAIN to 5th doctor (surgeon), thats nonsense🤯 WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY & TIME !! Especially dr Yeoh Joon Kuan = we consult less than 2 min, and felt like he was in a rush because so many patients queueing. WTH Dr Goh Tiong Meng is fine, dr Doreen is ok, dr Leow Chai Hooi is so-so. These 3 doctors are still better than dr Yeoh in a time for consultation. WE PAY FOR CONSULTATON, not for just saying hi and bye! I think this is the last time we visit the hospital and we don't think we would come back again to this hospital. 👎🏻

I have been a patient at Island Hospital for 11 years and am still receiving treatment. I am not an agent and have not been paid a single cent, but I have recommended Island Hospital to over 100 of my acquaintances because I am grateful to the doctors and the Indonesian desk at Island Hospital. They are very helpful. The doctors I have visited are Datuk Oh Kim Soon (very busy but extremely skilled), Dr. Goh Tiong Meng (a general surgeon who has operated on me multiple times), Dr. Goh Hock Keen (an internist who brings peace of mind to his patients), Dr. Mahalaksmi (a very skilled OB/GYN who chooses the most prudent course of action), Dr. Malik (the doctor managing my diabetes), Dr. Yeoh (an exceptionally skilled cardiologist who promptly assisted my sibling), and Dr. Sritaran (a urologist with empathy for his patients, even the somewhat difficult ones). In conclusion, the doctors and the Indonesian desk at Island Hospital are helpful and kind-hearted.

Pls make SOP for doctors not rush the consultation. Why Dr Yeoh Joun Kuan only review 1page from many pages of medical results. And worst part the nurse put it away all the result in envelope, so patient didn't know n only give it to patients after went outside. Is that team work ? Very un ethical.
