The hospital facilities are excellent and worth the cost. Dr. Ravi Chandran is the best Gynaecologist I have ever met! His incredible experience made the delivery very easy. However, I must advise prospective parents to avoid Dr. Wong Hoi Ling (Mimi), who I found to be unprofessional and utter waste doctor

I am someone seconded to a Japanese company in Malaysia, and my wife gave birth at this hospital in May. It was our first child and our first birth overseas, so we were filled with anxiety, but thanks to the generous support from Dr. Ravi, the hospital staff, and the Japanese interpreter Ayako, we were able to have a safe delivery. On the day, it was a sudden birth, one week earlier than the due date, but it was very reassuring that Dr. Ravi came even though it was in the middle of the night. I was also able to be present for the birth, which was a very valuable experience. Thank you very much! I recommend this hospital to anyone considering giving birth in Malaysia.

My wife and I have been greatly assisted by this hospital for various reasons, including health check-ups, dental treatment, emergency hospitalization due to food poisoning symptoms, and fertility treatments and prenatal check-ups. The hospital is conveniently located within Kuala Lumpur, making it easily accessible from our home. Furthermore, having two Japanese staff members (※) working full-time, who assist with appointment scheduling and provide interpretation support during consultations, is always a great help. (※Ayako-san, Hiroko-san) In the gynecology department, we have been under the care of Dr. Woo and Dr. Ravi. All the hospital staff, including the doctors, are always very kind and supportive, making this a highly trustworthy hospital.
