This was my first time visiting, and I wasn’t sure what to do at first, but the staff made the whole process very smooth. Ms. Nesamalar was especially helpful — she guided me clearly from registration until the end and understood my situation well. The nurses were friendly, patient, and always ready to assist. Dr. Yang Boon Yon was also very kind and explained everything in a clear and reassuring way. Overall, I had a very good experience and felt well taken care of. Thank you to everyone!

Staff and doctors are friendly. Doctor Mohan, Dr. Fong and doctor Yang were quite helpful and explanation was on point. Customer Care mr.poobalan was helpful.

I was admitted here for burn treatment. The pain from the wounds was really intense, but what I will always remember is a nurse named Fatihah. She worked the night shifts and stayed by my side during my hardest nights, giving me encouragement and reminding me to stay strong. 🙏🏻 Thank you so much, Fatihah. They not only took the time to understand my condition and pain, but also did their very best to protect the safety and well-being of my baby. Nice doctor yang and doctor ting

I had a great experience with Dr Khairul , Dr Boon and Dr Kwan at Columbia Asia Hospital. The doctor was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. The staff were also helpful and the overall process was smooth. Highly recommended for anyone with ENT issues.
