Dr Wong Chong Yang very kind doctor. Explaination from the consultation is very clear. Nurse is very friendly and helpful upon the process in the clinic. Registration process smooth due to self service kiosk. Can save time for registration no need to cue at the lobby. My son also come to get treatment with Dr Chang. Recommended hospital. Facilities is up to date

I'm with regency for over 10 years, from just a few doctor until now full of doctor, can say I'm a regular customer. Here got many good doctor, especially Dr Yaw Chong Hwa, Dr Ang Kai Ping , Dr Terrence, Dr Wong cheng yang ！but when you admitted , not all floor nurse is good. This time I'm staying here over 2 weeks already, stay at 5th floor, 5A, the nurse almost all very bad behavior and rude. But when they saw me know and good with many doctor, their behavior changed. More polite and smile. Now only 1 nurse really rude. No smile, no thanks , no sorry, doing things very loud. And in the past, the food is OK, but recently really bad.

The facilities at RS Regency are excellent. Dr. Ashraf is very good and treats his patients with heart. I am very grateful for my child's rapid recovery and progress. Dr. Phua is also very good and treats his patients with heart. I am very grateful for my child's progress to the point where he can now walk. Dr. Wong is very good and treats his patients with heart. Miss Lilian is very kind; she assisted us with all administrative matters and transportation. Miss Lilian was very friendly to us, who came from Indonesia. The rehabilitation center is excellent; all the staff are very careful and treat patients with heart until they recover. Thank you very, very much to all the doctors and everyone else. Without you, my child would not be where he is today. 🙏🙏🙏 God bless you all. 🙏🙏🙏
