Great service by doctor Shazly and staffs and customer service Zahari from ward.

I had an operation done here 2 weeks ago. Facilities were very good with efficient and polite counter staff and nurses. They even stand up from their seats when a patient asks a question...nice gesture indeed. Surgeon Dr Shazly was friendly,courteous and did the procedure expertly and now I'm fully recovered and pain free. The anaesthetist was good and gave pain free injection for effective spinal. Nurses were accommodating and polite, food choices good and room clean and comfortable. There was a nice cafeteria with affordable dishes and mini mart too. Keep it up.

Had follow up clinic post op, the service is good. Waiting time around 20-30 mins for my first clinic and not long after that for 2nd clinic since both scheduled on the same day and time. Had surgery done under Dr Mathews (O&G) and Dr Shazly (Gen. Surgery). #OPC
