Hi, My name is Nurfarahin and I was admitted to KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital ward 316 from 24.09.2025 until 29.09.2025. I would like to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding care I received during my stay at KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital, particularly in the Maternity Ward, 3rd Floor, East Wing. From the moment I was admitted, the admission process was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism, which instantly put me at ease. The staff at the front desk (his name was En Azmeer and the other lady I forgot) were kind, helpful, and thorough in guiding me through every step. To the amazing team of doctors and specialists especially who attended me which were Dr Siti Farhana (obgyn), Dr Nur Akmalrudin (surgeon), Dr Haslin (anaesthetis) & Dr Nazian (obgyn who came for the ward reviews post op); I am truly grateful for your expertise, clarity, and genuine compassion throughout my treatment. You made me feel safe and cared for during a vulnerable time, and I will always remember that. A very special mention goes to the nurses and support staff in the Maternity Ward – your patience, dedication, and attentiveness were second to none. Despite the busy ward, I was never made to feel rushed or ignored. The environment was clean, calm, and so well managed – it truly felt like a place of healing. Every detail, from the warm smiles to the gentle care during every round and procedure, contributed to a positive experience that I will always carry with me. The customer service staff also came and handed me a birthday bouquet before I discharged the hospital. It was surprisingly warmth and flattered my heart. Thank you, KPJ Ampang Puteri, for your excellent service, professionalism, and heart. You’ve set the bar high for quality. Sincerely, Nurfarahin Patient from ward 316
