Recently my daughter was admitted at KPJ Ampang Puteri for 2 days. She had the worst experience in hospitalisation. 1. Thank you to the MO (Dr Sabrina) at the emergency department for the prompt action. 2. My daughter had to wait for 13 hours for the consultant (Dato Dr Mazlam Mohd Zawawi) to review her. 3. He reviewed her only twice during the hospitalisation which only lasted about 5 minutes each session. She was not informed about the diagnosis. Her results of all the tests done were not explained (But the consultant charges were RM835) 4. My daughter complained about the branula causing so much of pain and swelling. The nurse told “biasalah, macam itulah”. Thanks to the nurse who came later realised and switched it to the other hand. 5. When she was discharged, medications were given without any explanation and was told the prescription is in the bag. 6. Finally, I discharged her and brought her to a different hospital where she was well taken care of. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone.
