Overall, my experience was truly excellent from emergency till discharge. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Chang Kök Chun, Dr. Kanesh Kumar, Dr. Lim Kim Piow, Dr. Rashidah, and all the other doctors who took care of me. Their dedication and expertise helped bring me through a very critical period, and I am deeply grateful. A special thank you to all the wonderful nurses at HDU and Ward 9A. They are truly angels who care deeply for their patients. I can only remember a few names—Gina, Jumariana, Vimala, Chong, and Chin—and I sincerely apologize if I have missed anyone or misspelled names. Every one of them deserves recognition for their compassion and outstanding service. I would salute all the nurses at Ward 9A & HDU. The nurses all provides excellent service. Another gem is wound care nurse Pn Aimi. She brings such positive energy and always gives her patients confidence. Her work is exceptional—she handles wound care with great skill, care, and attention. She also provides helpful advice and creates a calm, reassuring environment for her patients. As patients, we truly need people like her who uplift us and help us feel confident during recovery.she deserves recognition for her compassion and outstanding service. 6 star for her. Sunway hospital has the best Dr and staff. But disappointed with portal service, whereby I need to wait for more than 20 minutes above to bring me up for dressing. May be this portal service should be improved more and be efficient. May be waiting time can be 5-10 minutes. I would also like to highlight my experience with the registration and cashier staff at Level 7, Tower B, specifically Ms. Devananthinya. As a front-line staff member, it is important to demonstrate good customer service, including being approachable, maintaining a pleasant demeanor, and communicating positively with patients. Unfortunately, I felt that she did not show much interest in assisting patients during my visit. That said, I would like to acknowledge that the other staff members in the department are doing a good job, and I appreciate their efforts. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively and that service standards in this area can be further improved.

My preferred trustworthy hospital✅ went here yesterdy to get my uncle's diabetes checked. We just simply walk in, we didnt set appointment or anything. I appreciate that there are so many comfortable seats in the waiting area :)) thankyou Dr Lim Kim Piow and nurses for helping us.

My dad was admitted to the emergency room, and I’m so grateful I chose SMCV. Their professional team attended to him immediately, from the guard to the nurses and doctors. If I had delayed my decision by a minute, the outcome could have been dire. Thankfully, my dad has been discharged. Special thanks to Dr. Foo Y.L., Dr. Nurul, Dr. Lim K.P., and all the ICU and 8A ward nurses for their attentive and caring service. Though the charges were high without a medical card, the exceptional care was worth every cent. p/s: Standard single room is very clean & food is good 👍🏻

A special thanks to the amazing nurses in the HDU ward and Ward 8B. They were attentive, patient, and kind throughout my stay. Whether during the more critical moments or during my recovery, their care and compassion made me feel safe and supported every step of the way. I’m also deeply grateful to my two consultants, Dr. Lim Kim Piow and Datuk Dr. Foo Yoke Loong. Their expertise, clear communication, and reassuring attitude gave me great confidence and peace of mind throughout my treatment. I would also like to thank the team in charge of meals — the hospital food over the past few days was surprisingly delicious, well-balanced, and made my stay much more comfortable. Sunway Medical Centre Velocity is truly a patient-centered hospital that combines professionalism with genuine warmth. Thank you to all the medical and support staff who took care of me — I’m sincerely grateful for your dedication.

I would like to thanks Dr Chan Pei Sing , Dr David Yee, Dr Lim Kim Piow , Dr Brenda and all the nurses for taking good care for us during our days with SMCV when we r sick. We felt comfortable and well taken cared. The room is very spacious, clean and cozy .
