I had a lovely experience here. I decided to book an appointment with ENT specialist Dr. Sarniza after struggling with vertigo for a few months. I ended up needing a septoplasty for my nose. I stayed in ward MD2, bed 69D. The nurses were very helpful and quick to find solutions for any of my issues here.

I was treated by Dr. Adzreil for a nose surgery. He was very calm, gentle and friendly and the entire procedure went smoothly and painlessly. There were a mixture of friendly nurses that attended to me. The ones in the Operation Theatre were very quirky and fun which helped me stay comfortable before being put to “sleep” for the surgery. There were some nurses that didn’t smile as much, but they were still doing their job nonetheless. I hope for a speedy recovery and I’m excited for my follow up sessions with Dr. Adzreil.

MD3 areeq The doctors are good. Dr ent (dr adzreil) and dr padeatric (dr margarita) come early, come twice a day. Their explanation is very clear All the nurses are very friendly and helpful. Ward is ok, but aircond got problem, but they have backup with fan However, emergency could be improve, the bed are limited. My son (coughing non stop) need to wait outside just laying on the chair, in order to be warded- waiting Gl from takaful. Luckily columbia let us warded, provided need to pay for deposit (can refund). Intonation at the registration counter could be improve. However, thank you for the explanation and good intonation with my son. Overall, thank you

My son was admitted for tonsil surgery, and the care we received was excellent. ENT Dr Adzreil, the nurses Rugia, Irna, Yasmin, Madliene, Wani, Khayathri, and Mahsa intern Hong, were all very kind and attentive. Thank you for all the love and care. Keep up the great work and excellent service!

The ENT doctor and nurses that attended me were very helpful, professional and patient. I was provided with 4 bedded room, which was maintained in excellent hygiene condition. I love how each room has own toilet, has own set of lamps that can be controlled by ourselves.
