My sincere thanks to Dr Ruhi and Dr Nagapan for their clear explanations, professionalism and reassuring care throughout the process. Their calm and confident approach truly helped ease my worries. Special appreciation to the OT team — Tengku, Hani, Chan and Shini, for their efficiency and compassion. They carefully transferred me onto the OT bed and ensured my comfort by providing a warm blanket, which genuinely helped reduce my anxiety before surgery. Thank you as well to the ASC team Puteri, Faizah and Izwan for their kindness and attentiveness. They offered food and hot drinks and assisted me whenever needed, making the recovery period much more comfortable. Admission and discharge process was very smooth, Thank you Sangeetha. Medication collection was fast and well explained, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the care I received exceeded my expectations. Every step from admission, surgery, recovery to discharge was handled with professionalism and efficiency.
