Thank you to all staff who have been very patient with my requests and constantly monitoring my condition. Special thanks to Dr Ruhi for her warmth, expertise and professionalism. Very easy to understand her explanation and she is very knowledgeable in her field.

I recently had the privilege of being an inpatient at Columbia Asia Hospital Bukit Jalil, and my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, every aspect of their service was impeccable. The receptionists were welcoming and efficient, making the registration process smooth and stress-free. The nurses were not only highly skilled but also compassionate and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable and well-cared for throughout my stay. The doctor (Dr.Ruhi of General Surgery) was thorough in her assessments and explanations, taking the time to address all my concerns and keeping me informed about my treatment plan. I recovered quickly and was able to be discharged within 3 days with my doctor and nurse’s exceptional care. The hospital cafe baristas were also very kind and chose to serve me even though I went late at the time they closed the cafe. For the meal service by the hospital, although I did not like the breakfast meal because it was not to my preference, the lunch meal was nutritious and tasty. I would also like to mention everyone was very helpful in informing me about the financial aspects of my stay. And lastly, the hospital itself is very well-kept, with extremely clean and nice restrooms and facilities. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care!

Was admitted here last June. Grateful for very warm treatment by all the ED nurses. Very much thankful to Dr Malvin for doing his best in assisting for a better treatment and comfort to me & my family. Not forgetting Ms Sandra as the best in customer service I’ve ever encountered & one I look forward to meet during my stay. Truly grateful of the wonderful doctors who treated me with love Dr Gayethri & Dr Ruhi who explained my condition very well, made my days brighter & feeling hopeful.
