I had a frustrating experience at Thomson Hospital. I arrived at 8:30 AM ( which is already an hour earlier before the clinic opens ) for an appointment with Dr. Soong Kean Leong, but his nurse refused me entry. Despite no SMS or email reminders, I was told to wait until 3:15 PM — even though it was just a quick follow-up to tell the doctor I was better, literally would’ve took less than 5 minutes When I asked to cancel, the nurse suddenly offered to call me, making it clear she could have helped sooner. This lack of professionalism is disappointing. I hope Thomson Hospital improves its service.

Firstly i would like to say thank you so much to Dr Soong , the nurses , the staff OT and all the nurse department for helping me after my surgery. All the staff in the hospital was kind and very soft speaking

Greetings to Thomson..today I came to see Dr.Soong at 1st floor n Ms.Punitha help me alot n she is so helpful n very kind person.. Not only with me, to other patients also she volunteer went to them to help them..

One of the best hospital I had my treatment. My doctor, Dr. Soon Kean Leong has given me the best treatment and the nurses at 6th floor (Fall Risk floor) admission rooms & the physiotherapist are simply angels in disguise. Kind and humble. The hospitality executive Pn.Kosheela Shalini, very friendly and attentive to the hospital visitors. Wholly, the hospital is very clean and user friendly.
