Its good with professional and experienced doctor. my wife and daughter were admitted here and thanks to dr bad and dr khoo for a good service. Having said that, few things could be considered into their account for improvement especially for management team such as to cut the time short just to get insurance release letter and as well as the menu and food serving will helps the rating a lot.

On 21 Oct 2024, I was at Regency Specialist Hospital Masai for a Colposcopy day surgical procedure. Firstly I would like to thank Dr Badrul Zaman and his team for their professionalism. Their top notch medical skills always made me feel comfortable and assured. However, my horrific ordeal occured when I was in the medical ward 2B-2671. When I was about to discharge from the ward approximately 430pm - 5pm, a plus sized female Malay nurse was assigned to assist me with the discharge procedure, including removal of the IV catheter needle from my hand, which caused me great pain, bruise, and suffering. I believe the normal procedure is to use 1 hand to gently hold down the needle position on my hand, and use the other hand to slide the needle out maintaining the correct needle angle. Instead, the plus sized female nurse handled my hand akin to how a 3 year old would handle a rag doll. Using only 2 fingers, and much brutality, she hastily plucked the IV needle out of my hand at an angle that dug into my flesh and caused much bruising around the exit point of the needle. I am absolutely appalled that someone of such amateur caliber, and total disregard for patients’ well-being, can be accepted as a nurse at your esteemed private hospital! I urge the hospital to send her for mandatory retraining of nursing skills.
