A very pleasant experience at this hospital. Even it is a 2 years old experience, it did a very good job. Staff are friendly and helpful from enquiry at front desk till pharmacy service. I meet Dr Suren. Very good doctor and friendly. Explain very well on my problem. And keep on asking if I have any other problem or question to ask. CVS only has a branch at Kuala Lumpur, but not many people know they provide free transportation from some other state like Johor and other. Each patient can be accompanied by 1 family member which is great arrangement to provide service yet reduce hospital cost and bring more benefit to patients. Pls promote your free transportation service from certain area. Great work, thumb up and keep it up. BTW, parking at CVS is pricy, just take a train to KL sentral. CVS in right in front tabug Haji and next to KL sentral less than 300m walk.

I've brought my mum for a medical check up with two doctors. One at 0900 and one at 1000. Appointment at 0900 was done on time which is by Dr.suren. We waited for second appointment from 1030 till 1230. There was no sign of the doctor. Ive asked the assistant how long some more my mum has to wait. Only thing she replied. Doctor is on the way from pantai hospital. I've asked the same question at 1130 and at 1200. I got the same answer. Do not fix an appointment if you cant make it. Being late 15 to 30 minutes is still fine. This is more than two hours and there are few more patients are waiting before us. #CVS

I have been regularly going to another hospital for my annual health screening, but decided on CVSKL because I wanted to check on my heart too plus they had availability on my preferred dates. Very glad that I did go to CVSKL as there are noticeable differences compared to the other hospital I would regularly go to. Service was professional and prompt from the start. One of the highlights to me was that it wasn't packed even though I head one of the ladies mentioning that they won't be accepting anymore walk-ins. The ultrasound scan was a lot more thorough than what I'm used to - to me, this shows that they are not running like a factory comparing to the other hospital I usually go to. Lastly but certainly not the least, due to my experience (and/or ignorance) I was pleasantly surprised to have a Cardiologist go through my results with me thoroughly; not a general one. Dr. Suren was professional, friendly and warm. The last two qualities might not be what's necessarily needed from a busy Cardiologist, but I am definitely switching to CVSKL for my regular screening hereon. It's good to feel cared for in Health"care"
