I did my C-sec here on 19/9/22. I was under Dr, Noor Elyana. She is very good. But after my Ceaserean operation, the ward service was horrible. So poor and disgusting. The nurses are not well trained. They don’t know how to behave well with a patient. I stayed there 3 days but not a single day they mop the room. They didn’t change bed sheet. Ac was disturbed. At night very hot, morning ok. I complained to the incharge but she didn’t take any action. The button of calling nurse was not working. I waited for long for a nurse to go to toilet. But no one come. After operation when I came to ward I vomit and ask help to the nurse but the nurse just give me the polythene bag and went away. Are these called service?? They just take money, nothingelse. Sunway only for taking money. I am too disappointed. Such a worst service I got. Me and my husband decided not to go there again. Please try to improve the services. We r ready to give the money but at least ensure the best service. Sorry for telling the truth here.

I had a very good experience giving birth at this place. Went here upon friend’s recommendation and I am satisfied with their services. My gynae, Dr Elyana Noordin is very professional, explained well even if I have a lot of questions since I’m a first time mom. Great hospitality and the nurses are all helpful and friendly. For me, the rate charged for normal birth is very reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the services and staffs. It left me with beautiful memories as a new mom ❤️

Parking- Easy to parking, reasonable rate of parking fee Registration, Admission -Fast and easy. Tolerable queue process if in peak hours Café- Clean, varieties menu and reasonable prices Waiting chair- There are a lot actually, just sometimes during peak hour, you have to stand awhile. But don't worry the queue process is quite fast. Consultation- I love the vibes inside the doctor suites .( Dr Elyana) Feels like you are in luxury hotel not a hospital. With the music background. Seriously I love the vibes. Ward- Mine is single room ,toilet super clean and comfortable, the cleaner clean it everyday. Nurses are super attentive and polite. The food server, cleaner, also excel. The menu choices and food quality, made you feel like you in vacation not an admission. Customer Service - Big thumbs up! They are super attentive about customer satisfaction. Everyday I admitted, their CS Officer come and check if I got any dissatisfaction, is there any nurses or staff treat me with rudeness or poker face. Even I already check out, they still give me a call, if I wanna complain anything.
