Alhamdulillah, third time giving birth here. Thank you to all the HIAZ staff. 19/9/2025 Arrived at counter 645 in the evening. Checked the opening 5 minutes, went straight into the delivery room. 659 safe delivery. Stayed for 2 days 1 night with the Merdeka package. Chose to give birth here because of the experience of two children before, very very satisfied with the service provided. The first time giving birth, I was so exhausted, I told the doctor I didn't want to give birth anymore. Oh, suddenly I have 3 children 😂.. Thank you Doctor Rusinahayati (2015), Doctor Mashitah (2020 & 2025). Also the nurses and midwives. There was no bitter experience throughout HIAZ. Alhamdulillah, tabarokallah. May you continue to progress. Amen.

Attended the appointment in a short time. Service from the registration staff, very good triage. Dr Mashita is soft spoken, good explanation.

I remember giving birth here. All the nurses were gentle. The birth check-up with Dr. Mashita - the advice she gave was very realistic, from back pain at bedtime to having to reduce sugar intake to avoid a bloated baby's stomach. I realized when the Dr. scanned, the baby's stomach was a week older than the size of the head and other parts. When giving birth with Dr. Fazz, Alhamdulillah the process was easy and everything went through so well and smooth. The next day, I felt a sense of relief when the ustazah came to recite prayers for me and the baby. I realized again, for sure I need to add more knowledge to my chest to educate the children.
