I received 3 days and 2 nights of treatment here after undergoing surgery which was managed by Dr Fazlina, Dr Mashitah & a beautiful anesthetist (forgot her name). They were very polite and always encouraged me and reminded me to always pray to Allah before entering the operating room. Dr Faz and his nurse also always monitored my health progress throughout the treatment. The nurse on duty in the sejahtera room was also very good and worked transparently even though she was tired but still came to monitor my condition :) oh yes the room was always cleaned. There would be a head nurse who would come to visit and recite a healing prayer for us.. I felt very moved. Thank you Ms. Siti Madihah, staff Azzahrah who helped me manage the registration and thank you to Hong Leong Takaful for managing the payment.

Alhamdulillah, third time giving birth here. Thank you to all the HIAZ staff. 19/9/2025 Arrived at counter 645 in the evening. Checked the opening 5 minutes, went straight into the delivery room. 659 safe delivery. Stayed for 2 days 1 night with the Merdeka package. Chose to give birth here because of the experience of two children before, very very satisfied with the service provided. The first time giving birth, I was so exhausted, I told the doctor I didn't want to give birth anymore. Oh, suddenly I have 3 children 😂.. Thank you Doctor Rusinahayati (2015), Doctor Mashitah (2020 & 2025). Also the nurses and midwives. There was no bitter experience throughout HIAZ. Alhamdulillah, tabarokallah. May you continue to progress. Amen.

The hospital service is excellent, and Dr. Mashita, may God bless her, is highly skilled and specialized in obstetrics and gynecology. Her manner is refined and reassuring. 👌🏻 …

Attended the appointment in a short time. Service from the registration staff, very good triage. Dr Mashita is soft spoken, good explanation.
