I had a recent stay at this hospital and would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care and service I received. A special thank you to Dr Adam at the ED and I am also very grateful to Dr Azfar (Orthopaedic Surgeon), Dr Ng (Cardiologist), and the anaesthesia team — Dr Imran, Dr Rohana, and Dr Collins — for their expertise, reassurance, and dedication throughout my surgeries and treatment. Ward MD5 113 SN Ika, PCA Hanisah, PCA Fatin & team deserves special recognition for their attentiveness, kindness, and consistent support during my post-op care, including Physiotherapist Sara and team. Their care truly made a difference in my overall experience. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food provided — it was both enjoyable and comforting. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hospital for their professionalism and patient-centered care.

Dr. Chaw Chee Kien, thank you for your high level of commitment and professionalism during both pre and post surgery. Your skill as a surgeon and your reassuring approach had a significant impact in my recovery process especially during the first 2 days post surgery. I would also like to extend my profound thanks to all the staff in MD5 Ward 102. The tireless dedication, patience, and kindness of the nurses kept me comfortable and well-cared for around the clock. I’ve had the privilege of delivering all three of my babies at Columbia Asia Hospital Cheras, in 2017, 2023, and most recently on 3rd March 2026. Each experience has been truly memorable and reassuring. I am ever so thankful to have met Dr. Norshida Brahim, who guided me through every pregnancy with comforting and educational appointments. My latest delivery was smooth and calm thanks to the labour room team in the OT, with the kind support of Dr. Imran (anesthetist), and the attentive maternity team. The nursery staff were especially caring, giving my baby the best start with their gentle attention. To top it off, my third baby was also the third to receive the special gift from Columbia Asia Cheras—a lovely tradition that makes the experience even more meaningful. Thank you to everyone at Columbia Asia Cheras for the consistent care, kindness, and professionalism across all three of my journeys into motherhood. ❤️
