Dr. Farah provided excellent care – she was thorough in her explanations, friendly, and ensured I fully understood the information shared. The nursing staff were also courteous and helpful. However, the service at the registration counter could be improved further. Additionally, the waiting lounge was uncomfortably warm, especially near the window area where there is no tinting or curtain to block the heat.
