We’re so glad we chose Ohana for the birth of our third baby - and are so grateful to all our friends who recommended this place. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease which meant a lot during a time of high emotions and anxiety. The ladies-only environment was something we really appreciated, and the staff were incredibly respectful, professional, and accommodating. Our first 2 deliveries were in Dubai so our expectations and standards were quite high but I can honestly say that Ohana definitely surpassed our expectations. The room was clean and spacious, the food was surprisingly good, and the overall cost was very reasonable. (And for anyone who needs it, there are also great restaurant options just downstairs!) Additionally, we had heard stories of hospitals in Malaysia pushing for unnecessary procedures and C-sections, etc and were worried we would have to experience something like that. Fortunately, we never felt Ohana trying to take advantage of us and found them to be sincere and honest in their advise . A special thank you to Dr. Jamailiah and all the wonderful nurses and staff who made our stay so smooth and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to support us on this journey.

I went for elective czer on March 2023 with Dr Jamaliah. Thanks Ohana for helping in my first born delivery . My honest review hope can help other mommies out there and also for Ohana improvement where necessary. Pro: 1) Near to my home. 2) Doc was experienced, my czer was done safely (Alhamdulillah) , my czer pain heal after 1 week and wound was neat (kk nurse who came at my home for following check up after delivery saying this) 3) Hubby can accompany in room since the moment you check in & of course the best is he also can joined in Operation room (OR) ♥️ 4) Bius Doc was profesional, very kind and friendly, very supportive in the OR 5) Nurses was very helping and will come immediately when I called them for help and they also spoke very softly and kind to patient 6) Toilet cleaning more than one time/day and spacious toilet 7) Parking is available outside clinic 8) Nurse help to send you dowstair using wheelchair and proper explanation given during checkout 9) Free towel and gift during checkin Cons: 1) Checkup - Appointment keep rescheduled and change. My first time appointment rescheduled due to doc not available. Simple checkup routine compare to KK checkup and long waiting time. 2) Checkin process was quite late even check in time & date already arranged earlier (elective czer) 3) Not sofa bed in my room but bench stool looks old one. Not comfortable for my husband to sleep for 2 nights. He also got itchy whole body after slept on the bench. 4) Food - Taste okay but expecting better and variety foods. 5) Not a breastfeed friendly hospital. Apologize if I expecting or requesting too much. Anyway thanks again to Ohana doc and nurses who had given their best to serve me during my delivery. Ohana can improve in someways so that will be the best maternity hospital in KL All the best Ohana ♥️
