Good and nice experience having medical care here. I was diagnosed with a slipped disc by Datuk Dr Halim (Orthopedic) and warded for four days. He advised to proceed with the operation but i tend to seek alternative treatment. Got discharged and sought treatment with a private physiotherapist. But the recovery is too slow after 5 sessions. Go to follow up and decide to proceed for the operation. After 3 weeks of operation, I managed to walk normally. The back pain is gone. The recovery is great and hopefully i will be able to live my normal life again. The hospitality by the doctor, nurse, staff, and security is amazing.

The service and care from Dato' Dr Abd Halim, the anesthetist (apologies, I forgot their name), and the hospital staff were of high quality and very satisfactory. The food offered choices and was very delicious. The facilities provided were very comfortable and clean. God willing, Annur Hospital will be my choice from now on. A small suggestion for improvement is that the Wi-Fi signal is a bit weak, that's all. Everything else is top-notch. Thank you.

The explanations provided were clear and reassuring, making me feel more confident and comfortable with the treatment received. The nurses here are very friendly and efficient in carrying out their duties. They are always attentive and made me feel calm throughout the treatment. I am also very satisfied with the friendly and prompt service from customer service. They are always ready to help with full professionalism.
