I just met Dr Ava Tay for my son who is 7 months old. Such a friendly doctor. She does a thorough check on my son and explains patiently and on layman's terms. She handle my son with so much care and so gently. Sees patient with a pleasant smile that babies will love to be checked by her. The staff was so helpful and friendly as well. Thanks for giving the Best service and advice.

Went to Pantai to get the treatments for so many times, this is the WORST WORST time that I have ever had. Made an appointment at 9am. Waited for 2.5 hours until 11.30am still not our turn yet to see the doctor. Hello??? Do you know what's the meaning of APPOINTMENT?????? If your slot is full, you can tell and suggest for another appt time, not told us "yes you can come at 9am" and let us wait for hours over there and waited until my mum got gastric pain... She got history of gastritis and only has a light breakfast in the morning because she thought that we have made an appointment at 9am and by right we finished seeing the doctor and get back to home to have our lunch... When we went to the counter and asked when is our turn, she said 2 more patients...And ya, there are 2 more patients outside there, so we have made an appointment at 9am and at the end we became the last patient...So we said "fine we dont want to wait anymore because my mum already very uncomfortable while waiting there and she had really bad back pain." Then the staff asked:" oh..ok...sorry ah...so do you want to make another appointment?" HAHAHA. If your appointment is usable and workable am I still need to wait until 11.30am until we got gastric pain when I already made an appointment at 9am before this??? Funniest question that I have ever heard for today. Appointment thing is workable for other specialists- we got to see the Dr at 9am when we made an appointment at 9am. But it's not workable for Dr Tay - like my experience today. Maybe her staffs' problem? I dont know. Maybe her staffs need to study back the meaning of "appointment"? Dont simply say yes to their patients when the slot already full and let their patients waited at there like a stupid like got nothing to do can spend our whole day time over there just to wait for our turn. Really very unhappy and I was very angry with my today's experience, and I would rate for negative star service if I could.

Dear Dr. Livia and the Paediatric Ward Team, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and attention you provided during our visit. Your professionalism and compassion truly made a difference in our experience. However, I do feel the need to address a couple of concerns. The admission and refund process was quite cumbersome and slow, which made the experience frustrating at times. Additionally, I noticed that the playroom for children is in need of an upgrade, as some equipment is damaged and could potentially pose a safety risk to the children. I hope that these areas can be improved to ensure a smoother and safer experience for future patients and families. Thank you once again for your dedicated service and care."
