I just met Dr Ava Tay for my son who is 7 months old. Such a friendly doctor. She does a thorough check on my son and explains patiently and on layman's terms. She handle my son with so much care and so gently. Sees patient with a pleasant smile that babies will love to be checked by her. The staff was so helpful and friendly as well. The admission and refund process was quite cumbersome and slow, which made the experience frustrating at times. Additionally, I noticed that the playroom for children is in need of an upgrade, as some equipment is damaged and could potentially pose a safety risk to the children.
