The specialist doctor's treatment is good, friendly, and the staff nurses are friendly. Dr. Lim and Dr. Zulqornain are the best, providing detailed explanations, very friendly with full smiles. And a big thumb up to all the staff in Jasmine Ward, especially the staff named Rozy. Very humble and friendly. God willing, SALAM will forever be our choice.

My husband was admitted to Ixora Ward, Room 433. Alhamdulillah, the explanations from Dr. Syah and Dr. Zul were very clear. Dr. Syah, even though he was already on leave, still followed up on my husband's condition via WhatsApp. The nurses at Ixora were very friendly, and all explanations regarding medications were clear. MRI staff Nasir also provided a very clear explanation before the procedure, and I was very satisfied. The admission process with Ms. Airen and the discharge process with Ms. Syafiqah were fast and very convenient for my husband and me. Pharmacy, Mr. Fakaruddin, thank you for explaining the medications very clearly. The facilities at the hospital are very clean, and I was very satisfied with the TV reception in my room.
