I had a recent stay at this hospital and would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care and service I received. A special thank you to Dr Adam at the ED and I am also very grateful to Dr Azfar (Orthopaedic Surgeon), Dr Ng (Cardiologist), and the anaesthesia team — Dr Imran, Dr Rohana, and Dr Collins — for their expertise, reassurance, and dedication throughout my surgeries and treatment. Ward MD5 113 SN Ika, PCA Hanisah, PCA Fatin & team deserves special recognition for their attentiveness, kindness, and consistent support during my post-op care, including Physiotherapist Sara and team. Their care truly made a difference in my overall experience. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food provided — it was both enjoyable and comforting. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hospital for their professionalism and patient-centered care.

Very helpful & very concerned towards patients. All the nurses served patients well and were very friendly, whether it was midnight or early morning. All with very friendly service. Thanks to Dr. Norshida, Nurse Aishah & Nurse Ain.

Admitted to Ward 92 for a slipped disc. Saw Dr. Man. Very good explanation, very clear, gave hope for recovery. However, the explanation was too fast and firm. Luckily, he's handsome. Dr. Rohana, the anesthetist, was very good during the operation. All OT staff were kind. Radiographers Aisyah, Nadia, Ainur, Darshini, and Farah were good with the MRI and X-ray. They explained and helped hold me. Nurses at MD3: Noelle, Shamsinar, Sashikala, Jamilah, Puvaneswary, Nabila, Ina, Jac. Good service. Thank you for helping me to the restroom. Thank you also to Fazi/Siti for arranging my room, and not forgetting Ms. Claret. Good service, please continue to serve. Columbia Asia Cheras will definitely be my number 1 choice. F&B - food was delicious & service was okay, Nadirah. MD2 all staff nurses were good and the doctor was also good. Clean environment and nice....
