Alhamdulillah, we are very satisfied with the service from the doctor and staff. On Thursday, October 3, 2024, we brought our son (Yusuf) to the emergency department due to a fall. The female Medical Officer on duty in the emergency department (Dr. Asykin, who wears glasses and is beautiful, unsure of her real name) was very friendly and helpful, making our son feel comfortable. The staff there were also very friendly. Specialist Dr. Firas and Dr. Khairul were also very friendly and helpful in providing advice and explanations. We are deducting 1 star because the food in the ward and cafe needs further improvement. Otherwise, everything else is Alhamdulillah, satisfactory. Please convey our sincere thanks to everyone involved. Assalamualaikum.
