Thank you to Dr. Koh Hao Meng for his professionalism and care in assisting my wife with natural childbirth for both our children, in 2024 and again today in 2026. I also want to thank his nurses, Zanariah, Hidayati, and Halimah, for their exceptional attentiveness. I can only say that Dr. Koh truly treats patients like friends. Even after work hours, he can still be seen checking in and visiting, which is likely unparalleled in Malaysia. (His visits stem from genuine concern, not just routine checks.) If only there were a 10-star rating, I would give it to him.

I delivered my baby girl at Bagan Specialist Hospital on 6th Aug and had a smooth, trauma-free experience thanks to Dr. Koh, Dr. Tan, the labour room nurses, and the nursery team. Their professionalism, care, and kindness from admission to discharge were outstanding. We also truly appreciated the PR team visiting us to welcome our baby’s arrival — it made us feel valued and supported.
