Waste hospital. dont prefer this hospital for your eye problem. i had a problem, dr kok done some tests and said i have tb, but still he suggests the medication and he says no need of opticles , after 3 months suddenly he referred to other hospital for TB medication and suggests the opticles.

My experience today in ISEC was bad and not professional at all. Appointment 1050 Arrival 1050 Upon Register 1105 Waited Till 12.15 when i inquire when is my turn with the doc (KOK) he told me he don t know just wait we will call your name so what is the point of making appointment and i reach to the cashier to pay since I decide not to consult anymore and i believe certain amount need to pay, and what happen is i got shout by the cashier take the number and wait than i told her my wish so she prepared the bill for me after paying i left. This so called International Specialist

Not sure why people keep coming back here: • The wait is super long - spent almost 5-6 hours for the whole process • Complicated flow - you gotta go to several different rooms (and of course need to wait) before seeing the doctor • Place is packed - hard to find seats and one waiting room only has air fan • The doctor named Kok Howe Sen was not helpful at all - didn’t give any diagnosis and rudely asked if we had any questions to ask him
