Dr. Mahalakshmi Ratnavale is a very professional, meticulous, and patient doctor. She provides expert advice during my annual checkups. This year, I had to undergo surgery, and before the procedure, she patiently explained the process and reassured me. I remember seven years ago (my first surgery), she also performed one of my surgeries. Back then, while I was waiting to enter the operating room, she came over and comforted me, telling me not to be afraid. Whether it was my first or second surgery, she always showed great concern for my health during follow-up appointments. She always told me to tell her immediately if I felt any discomfort.
