Taasha is very friendly. Dr. Lai Eng Meng is very good and a very nice doctor. Nurse Margaret is very good and caring, like a sister.

Best service, my child is Alhamdulillah recovering well. The nurses are very professional, and Dr. Lai from Pediatrics provided a clear explanation. The engaging staff member (Tasha) for the review also explained in detail. So far, everything has been excellent.

My son admitted to parkcity medical and we had a wonderful experience. The doctor were not only professional but also very kind and patient with my son, explaining every step of the process in a way that made we feel comfortable and less anxious. The nurses were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure he was doing okay. The hospital itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were modern and well-equipped. A special mention to Dr. Lai ( son doc ), physio lady (sorry i dunno her name) and pediatric ward staffs for going above and beyond to ensure my son had a positive experience. Their kindness and expertise truly made a difference for us. Thank you to the entire team.
