My wife recently delivered my baby at KPJ Taiping Medical Centre and had an exceptional experience. The care provided by Dr. Ong Boon Teik was outstanding OB/GYN. Dr. Ong Boon Teik is highly experienced and demonstrated great respect for patient privacy and confidentiality throughout my wife’s stay. The entire process, from admission to delivery, was handled with utmost professionalism and compassion. I felt safe and well-cared because Sister Ely and staff Kali ensured that all my wife’s and baby’s needs were met promptly. I highly recommend KPJ Taiping Medical Centre for anyone seeking a supportive and private environment for childbirth.

Very satisfied with the service here. Dr. Ong Boon Teik and the nurses in Ward 2 were excellent. They explained everything clearly and were very kind. The nurses in Nursery Ward 3 were also very good. They helped take care of the baby and explained things clearly. They looked after my baby very well. I am very satisfied.

This is my 2nd delivery experience at KPJ Taiping...Im truly satisfied with my antenatal follow ups, delivery process and hospitalization... Dr Ong Boon Teik has always been my favourite O&G Consultant... His skill and care during my delivery process was too good... Has been follow up with dr.Karen since pregnant, dr.Karen is very professional and kind doctor, always provide positive vibes and give me confident, reduce my anxiety since this is my first baby and nurse Sheila & Shirley are very helpful and provided good services so far. Unfortunately, dr.Karen was not available during my delivery date so I had czer with dr.Ong Boon Teik. Dr. Ong is very experience and professional as well. Whole operation process was smooth & fast. His skill are irreplaceable. Besides, I would like to give a big shout out to anesthetist dr.Ong K.T. I feel no pain at all when inject the anesthesia needle at my back and keep talk with me and calm me down when operation make me less nervous.
