Dr. Saw Yee Horng

Dr. Saw Yee Horng is a highly qualified Consultant Anaesthesiologist and Critical Care specialist at Island Hospital, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care and safety. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak and pursued advanced specialization with a Master of Anaesthesiology (M. Anaes) from Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia. His expertise is officially recognized as he is registered in the field of Anaesthesiology and Critical Care on the National Specialist Register of Malaysia. As a key member of the surgical support team, Dr. Saw is an expert in all aspects of patient care before, during, and after surgery, including comprehensive pre-operative assessments and post-operative pain management. His specialty in critical care also makes him integral to the management of patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Dr. Saw is dedicated to patient comfort and clear communication, fluently speaking English, Malay, Mandarin, and Hokkien to serve a diverse patient community.
