This is the second time I have admitted my mother for gastroenterology treatment, and honestly, there are no words to fully express our gratitude for the excellent service provided. A sincere thank you to Dr. Rama, Dr. Joseph, and Dr. Seow for their professionalism, patience, and genuine care. We are also deeply thankful to all the staff from Ward 4 and Ward 3 — every one of them was kind, helpful, and truly compassionate. You can really feel the true care and dedication in the way they treat patients and families. Special appreciation to Mr. Jeremy, Dr Joseph, Dr Seow, who was always there to assist us with billing matters. Their support and guidance made a stressful time much easier for us.
