I am very disappointed with Gleneagles Hospital. This is my first time visit to this hospital. I booked two specialists, first is orthopedic doctor for my father and another one is Gastroenterology specialist for myself. As doctor asked us to do xray for my father, we directly went to radiology to do xray, but it took so long time, until I chase them otherwise they still made us keep waiting. Because of that, doctor orthopedic had to leave us to do surgery and asked us to came back tomorrow (our flight back is also tomorrow). After done with radiology, I rush to my next appointment to see doctor gastroenterologist, my appointment schedule is 12.15, I arrived at his clinic at 12.23, the nurse there just easily told me that I was late and the doctor left. How unprofessional they treat patients like this. I am truly in deep disappointment with Gleneagles Hospital’s service.
