Gave birth to my 2nd child in KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital (Award winning for Best Maternity Hospital) on 10 July 2024 with variety of facilities and affordable delivery packages. Pantang food served were delicious and the one-bedded maternity ward (Room 311) was pleasant and spacious with cute decorative wall. Special thanks to Datin Dr Lilian George for the pre and post natal care treatment. Had 3 times induce and went for c-section but it was very calm, less pain and easy birth, Alhamdulillah. Thank you to maternity, paed and OT staff nurse especially to Mrs.Syai and Mrs.Izura-very professional and caring. All the nurses were helpful at all times, sharing tips for mom & baby. Lastly, thank you to Dr. Rosni for my newborn under special care treatment. Discharge on July 16. Thank you for the freebies. Recovery process went well and one happy glowing mommy here. Had very bad experience in Dr Rosni's clinic yesterday. Went there for influenza injection for my kids. Appointment made at 230pm for a reason. We went there by 245pm. The doctor was still not there. We were speechless. We waited another 40mins for the doctor's arrival. The best part when we ask the counter they told us this is standard, doctor is on her rounding. We were speechless as we made appointment as we don't want to wait too long but here is the other way around . The best part to come was the consultation fee... At least I got charged for my son which is ok as she was talking few words but for my daughter literally was just the injection and got charged for the superb friendly service consultation fee. This is so ridiculous. I have been to other inic in this hospital but I think is beyond ridiculous. The doctor assistant not confident how to handle kids too. But this is a kids paediatric clinic. Bad experience
