My family and I wish to thank all medical teams involved in my recent TURP surgery conducted by Dr.Tih Ha ( Consultant / Urologist ) who had advised me in detail about the procedure and necessary precautions before my surgery. Dr.Tih Ha's in-dept knowledge had built high confidence level in me to proceed for this TURP surgery without any worries. Thanks to Dr.Tih Ha. Not forgetting the Anaesthetists and OT team who were very caring before and after my surgery and also to surgical ward nurses who were on duty from 12/12/23 -15/12/23 for being very committed and responsive towards carrying out their duties diligently. In the past 3 months, I was admitted twice once in August for 6 days in room 617, and again in October for 11 days in room 611. I requested the premier ward because all the nurses were exceptionally kind and treated me very well ❤️. And the most helping me in my condition now is my therapist Ms Aimi, Ms Zulaikha, Ms Wahida & Ms Wanie there are helping me a lot in my condition now. Thank you so much good job Physio department 🙇🏻‍♀️🙏🏻. Their specialists are also highly skilled. Thank you, Dr. Lau, the best neurologist; Dr. Wong, the spine specialist; and my main doctor, Dr. Sri, orthopedic surgeon. This was my first experience at KPJ Klang. The food provided was delicious. I requested a change from a twin to a single bed, and KPJ was able to arrange it quickly. The doctors are very nice, Dr. Sri and Dr. Bathma, who attended to me. The staff were very polite. Just one thing bothered me: the lack of parking space. I had to wait more than 20 minutes to get a parking spot every time I came here. Additionally, I hope KPJ can provide suitable chairs for family members accompanying patients, as the existing chairs cause back pain. Overall, I am satisfied with the service at KPJ Klang.
