The doctors, nurses, front office associates at O&G, ENT and rehab centre are all friendly and very attentive. They were friendly and detail oriented as well. When all the appointment slots were full and I really had to see Dr Arifah, she even went to the extend to ask her nurse to contact me and ask what do I need as she really could not put me into the appointment as her slots were really full. I was just asking her for medical prescriptions and she gave me the prescriptions via phone call and followed by texts messages from the nurse. Dr. Mallina has accorded me the same too..She was willing to put me in her slots though her list of appointments were really full but I told the nurse my condition were quite alarming and I really needed to see Doctor Mallina..They put me through hearing my conditions..very helpful! Rehab staffs and therapist especially Khogeela, Ilham and Wanie were friendly and very courteous. They made me feel relax and comfortable..I would highly recommend this hospital to any of my family, friends and acquaintances. Keep it up TMC!

I have been coming to Thompson (previously known as Tropicana) for years and I have to say that their specialists like Dr Arifah and Dr Thanee are great and LOVE the great hospitality by the customer service team (yes the ladies in green kebaya tops). Sure hope that this keeps up :)
