Had a very bad experience here. Came here because of my insurance agent arrangement. Visited dr RXXC for my gallstones problem, as I was vomiting and having stomachache for weeks. I showed my ultrasound pic to him where I carried on that morning at another hospital but he refused to take any action regarding this matter and he stated that it was my muscle problem causing me to vomit everyday. During consultation, he started to massage my upper chest and shoulder at the same time there is no nurse or assistant besides. I didn’t find this works on my condition. He gave me a lot of muscle medicine and “koyok”😅😅 I really felt offended and was so disappointed. My condition is not improved, wasting my money and need to visit another doctor again.

I was disappointed the service provided. I walked in for appointments on last Saturday. Upon Dr checking and medication prescription given with the needs to do scope on Monday. The nurse referred me to counter which I signed for a guarantee letter needed for Monday scoping. The guy just told me to go home. I received a call At 6pm on Saturday from hospital to remind me to collect my medicine. This is totally unacceptabl! The nurse Kavitha who handled my case in Dr Raymond Chua clinic did not share me need to collect medication and bills. Today, she met me at the endoscopy dept, I told her, she until now did not bring me my medication left on Saturday. It is totally ridiculous!! It is unprofessional at all

I am so grateful to my neurosurgeon Dr Cheah Pooi Pooi who has been so caring, professional, and gentle to carry out my foreheads & neck operations within 24hours after admission to salvage my injured head and hand nerve. At the age of 56 with diabetes, the rate of my recovery was far exceeded my expectation. Her co-treating doctor Raymond Chua also extremely friendly and professional to reformulate my medication to achieve a very satisfactory glucose level. All the physiotherapists and suppting staffs were also extremely friendly and professional. Thanks again to Dr Cheah Pooi Pooi, Dr Raymond Chua and all the physiotherapists and staff of parkcity medical center. .

I thought this hospital was good , clean and the nurse are kind and well mannered. The doctor Harshinu , I thought can do better, give more information , be more patient and be more clear her explanation. feedback was for Dr Harshinu Devi in the A&E room on 23 dec. she did her job but she is not very communicative in the way she explain in NORMAL English to us the paying customer on the condition of the patient. While I waited patiently for her to enquire about the patient condition, she was smiling and joking around with her other colleagues on another case and made me wait(even though there is no one standing in front of them) When she attend to me she just like to repeat her self in fast medical term thinking I would understand what it meant. She like to say “ I already explained to the patient”, I told her the patient is in pain, do you think the patient will understand her fast impatient explanation ? I thought Dr Harshinu Devi need to do much better, communicate better and have more patients and stop joking around at work place especially in Emergency room . On the other side Dr Raymond Chua was doing a good job checking on the patient and the nurses at Ward 6B was very nice and helpful. I just hope this premium Hospital provide better TV channels, it’s an award winning hospital for God sake! And it’s 2024 , there is no Netflix no YouTube on Tv!? They need to do better for the premium price they charge. For these facilities I give a 3 star out of 5

My son was warded for 6 days and we’re truly grateful for the care received. Dr Fakrul from Emergency was quick and reassuring, while Dr Pok and Dr Raymond handled his case in the ward with great professionalism. Special thanks to Azreen from SOC 2 Clinic🥰🥰her support throughout made a real difference. Excellent service from all staff. Thank you, ParkCity Medical Centre!🫰🫰🫰
